1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Flypost website and presence-verification services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service (Presence Verification)

Flypost provides a technology platform to verify a user's physical presence at a specific location and time (the "Check-In"). You acknowledge that:

• Hardware Access: The Service requires access to your device's GPS and browser local storage.
• Technical Bounds: Verification is subject to technical limitations, including GPS accuracy and cellular signal. Flypost does not guarantee that every check-in attempt will be successful.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Acts

To maintain the integrity of our verification data, you agree NOT to:

• Spoofing: Use GPS spoofing apps, VPNs, or proxies to fake your location.
• Automation: Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to submit check-ins.
• Content: Enter defamatory, obscene, or illegal content into the feedback fields.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse-engineer the "Buyer Token" or verification handshake.

Flypost owns all rights to the App’s interface, the verification logic, and the generated unique identifiers. You retain ownership of feedback text, but grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to share that data with the event organizer.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
